Surrey County Council earmarked The Lockwood Centre for closure in 2002. Twenty-two years on, that threat is now a reality.
SCC plan to return the site to Guildford Borough Council at the end of March and we are told GBC have plans to demolish the buildings to provide a car park.
As such, Ochre Print Studio faces imminent eviction and closure.
