Studio space wanted to make pottery

I am looking for studio space to make pottery. Power is a must, and a water supply along with some natural light would be ideal. Old barns, stables, shipping containers, would all be great! I'm in Redhill, but anywhere in the surrounding areas within about 10-20 mins drive would be good.
