The Surrey Artists Network collects various pieces of personal information critical to its operation.

When you subscribe to the blog digest, we only take your email address as this is all we need to send it to you.

When contacting us through our enquiry form, we take your name so that we can respond to you courteously, your email address to which the response will be made and the enquiry information.

Submit a blog

When you submit a blog request, we collect the necessary information to process that blog. Whilst we collect name, email and (optionally) phone number to help administer the request, we do not include these in the blog post and instead ask that the submitter includes the contact details that they would like to be displayed publicly on the post.

When using the Surrey Artists Network, cookies may be stored on your computer to help us to provide a more efficient website service to you.

Policy

All of the above information is only collected when critical to the operation of the website. We don't collect any information we don't need, the information we do collect is not used for any other purpose, and it is not passed on to any third party.

We will hold on to stored personal information until requested to delete it. Any user of the website can request what information is held on them, and for it to be deleted at any time.
